Delete account and data – Coinchi

In the app

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you want to keep your data, download it beforehand under Profile → Export my data.

By e-mail

Alternatively, you can request deletion at any time by e-mail to ivan@pervushin.de. Please write from the e-mail address you registered with. We delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your user account with e-mail address and name, your sign-ins and push identifiers
• your receipts with all extracted line items and the receipt photos
• your shopping lists, shares, scanned barcodes and Coins
• household profiles you created, together with lists, pantry and favorites. This also applies to members you invited.
• your memberships in other people's households. Lists you created there stay in the household, but with no link to you.
• messages you sent us via the contact form

What stays unlinked to you

From the receipts of all users, Coinchi forms values that are not assigned to any person: the last known price of a product in a store, as well as aggregated values such as price ranges and average prices. These values contain neither your name nor your e-mail address nor any identifier of your account, and they remain after deletion.

Ingredient photos you contributed to the product catalog are never linked to your account. They are therefore not deleted automatically. For deletion, please tell us the product's barcode.

Connection data in server logs is deleted after 14 days at the latest, regardless.
